Please only book this site if you are a Barking & Dagenham, Havering or Redbridge patient. This service is for patients 12 years and over only. Please only book this appointment if requested to do so by a GP. Please note, if you have a hospital/consultant blood test form, you will NOT be seen. If you come from a hospital appointment, please book your blood test at King George /Queens Hospital at https://swiftqueue.co.uk/bhr.php

Please ensure you bring a paper version of your blood test form (provided by your GP) to your appointment otherwise, you will NOT be seen. 
Please note if a patient arrives over 10 minutes late, the phlebotomist may refuse the blood test.
