John Scott only offers blood tests for patients who have been referred by a City & Hackney GP and are over 12 years of age

Patients 12-16  must be accompanied by an adult. If your 17 or 18 year old is nervous, please accompany them too.)

If  Homerton Hospital have asked for a blood test, please book at  at the Homerton Phlebotomy - Blood Testing Clinic, not here.

Don't forget to bring your printed blood form with you!

If you are the parent of a child under 11, you can book a blood test at Homerton's 'Starlight' children's outpatients.
