If your GP is not listed, results may not be automatically transmitted, which could affect the continuity of your care.
If your test was ordered by a hospital consultant, you may proceed. For all other cases, we recommend confirming the correct booking route with your GP or referring clinician.

This is a reminder from the NHS Foundation Trust’s adult blood taking service. Please ensure that you have your blood form from your GP before attending your appointment at this service. If you do not have this form please contact your GP prior to your appointment and obtain one. Please only arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to comply with the Trust’s rules following the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to ask our clients to drink at least two pints of water in the hour before their appointment to facilitate the blood taking. With thanks. When would you like to come in?
