Please be advised that MCH House will be temporarily closed from 25 October to 13 December 2025 for essential building maintenance. During this period, additional clinics will be available at our other sites to ensure continued service. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

If you are booking a child's appointment, we advise you use Emla cream on the inner elbows wrapped in cling film 30-45 minutes prior to the appointment. This cream can be bought from a chemist or on prescription from your GP.

This service can only accept patients with a Medway or Swale GP.  Any patients with a GP outside of this area will be asked to book a test within their region.
