If you are booking a child's appointment, we advise you use Emla cream on the inner elbows wrapped in cling film 30-45 minutes prior to the appointment. This cream can be bought from a chemist or on prescription from your GP.

Please note if you are late attending your appointment you may be asked to rebook.

Please note if you are booking for a genetic test please book a morning appointment Monday to Thursday.

You cannot book an appointment without an F code or a GP form.

This service can only accept patients with a Medway or Swale GP.  Any patients with a GP outside of this area will be asked to book a test within their region.
