Cancelling your appointment

Please read the following.

  • To cancel your appointment you must first log into your swiftQueue online account to access the patient portal. From here you can cancel, book and reschedule your appointments.

  • Please Note: if you have booked your appointment through the call centre you may be unable to login and cancel your appointment. Please contact support at support@swiftqueue.com to cancel your appointment

  • Coming Soon: Appointments made through the call centre will soon be able to be cancelled online.
